    • I tried the online https://ctpl.ph/ which I've got after a 2 days since typhoon Carina affected the LTO main office where all CTPL provider connects for data verification.

    • MVISR(Motor Vehicle Inspection System Report)
      
    • Visual inspection is no longer done at the LTO office but rather now done by the PMVIC together with the emission test.
